Aircraft Storage

The Owosso Community Airport has several options for transient or long term storage of aircraft on the airport.  Please contact the Airport Manager for current availability of the following options.

TRANSIENT TIEDOWNS:

Parking on the paved ramp is available for transient customers.  

$5.00/night

TRANSIENT HANGARS:

Short term hangar space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.  

LONG TERM TIEDOWNS

Assigned parking locations on grass tiedowns adjacent to the ramp are available for long term parking.  

All Aircraft Grass: $25/Month

All Aircraft Asphalt: $50/Month

COMMUNITY HANGAR:

Leases available based on space available.

Door: ~50' dwidth X 11' tall

Rate: $125/Month

T-HANGARS:

Leases available based on space available.

42'x33' T-Hangar

Door: 41'6" width X 12'0" tall

Rate: $225/Month

PRIVATE HANGAR LOTS:

Lots available starting at 50'x50' hangar

Lease based on building plus 10' perimeter (minimum 70'x70')

2021 Lease Rate is $0.2773/sq-ft of computed lot

Currently billing at cap of $0.2500/sq-ft
